Keeping healthy during pregnancy, and returning to full fitness after the birth of your baby, is hugely beneficial to both of you. Maintaining strength and fitness will help your birth experience to be as positive and smooth as possible, and will help you to recover more quickly afterwards, freeing you up to enjoy your newborn - and to keep up with them as they get heavier and (eventually) quicker!
I'm qualified to train you through your pregnancy, and moving forward with post-natal training am delighted to welcome your baby to our sessions. Having had three children myself, I know how much fun can be had from working out with your baby, and how much this benefits them too, as they see exercise as a normal, happy part of their life.
